We harvest every year enough olives for aperitif and produce our olive oil.
We have a large variety of fruit trees (figs, peaches, orange, tangerine, pomegranate etc ...)
We devote a portion of the property vegetable garden. Vegetables for couscous: zucchini, eggplant, squash, peas, potatoes ... We also grow many other unusual vegetables such as chard and beans. We also started a production of tomatoes in open air. We plan to also make a tomatoes in greenhouses. There will be various qualities tomatoes (cherry, Marmandes, Russian red, pink Bern black crime etc ...). We also produce our salads and radishes, condiments such as garlic and onion.
Finally we have a fairly large garden aromatic plants (thyme, lemon balm, rosemary, parsley, mint, coriander, chervil, basil etc ...).
